Pull Taffy

  

You will Need:

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup water

2 cups sugar

 

 

Step One - Mix ingredients in saucepan and cover until they boil.

 

Step Two - Uncover and cook to hard ball stage. (250 - 266 degrees on a candy thermometer.)

 

Step Three - Pour onto buttered plate and cool until candy can be touched.

 

Step Four - Pull taffy until white. Twist and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
